Yes. When you call another person on MyTouchfon your call is encrypted, ensuring your privacy.
You can access the line to record your greeting by pressing the (*)star key to interrupt the greeting, followed by your passcode and (#)pound.
Then press 4 for user options to manage your greeting.

There are two ways to login to your new MyTouchfon account: by phone or online.
By phone:
• Dial you new toll-free number.
• After pressing the * key, dial your temporary pass code, and then press the pound (#) key.
Follow the tutorial to change your pass code, record your greeting, and your name.
Online:
• Go to www.mytouchfon.com
• Enter in your online username and password.
Inside your user account, click on "Messages" and then in the grey box above the message list, click "subject" and the messages will be sorted and grouped according to the number associated with the message.
MyTouchfon users can only send messages to other Mytouchfon users at this time.
Yes. MyTouchfon can be used as an incoming, toll free FAX line. You can configure your settings to forward all incoming FAX messages to your email, or your can view them online in your MyTouchfon.com account
You can send and receive messages to other Touchfon users who are members of your same organization, even if they don’t reside in one of your personal lists.
To send a message, in your MyTouchfon account, click the New(+) button on the toolbar and select Voice Message. You will be prompted by Adobe Flash to provide access to your microphone. Always click Allow.
Click the Record button in the first box and begin recording your message, when finished, click the Stop button. You can then listen to your recording, choose to re-record it, or choose recipients to send to.
In the second box, you may mark your message as Urgent, Confidential or leave them blank. Then choose whom you will send your message to. You can enter a user’s MyTouchfon number, or choose one of your distribution lists from the drop-down menu. When you’re finished, click Send Message.
MyTouchfon requires no special hardware, just a microphone to record messages via your computer. It is a completely browser-based solution, which works with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari.
